Set within close-in Orono, on a half acre with a fenced in yard and mature trees, 51 Hackberry Hill had the potential for a one of a kind rambler and an opportunity to invigorate the distinctive neighborhood surrounding the 3-acre Hackberry Park.

We had a bold vision for this project: transform the 1,400 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage dwelling into a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage with 2,500+ sq ft. Featuring a large addition on the Hackberry Hill frontage, 2 more generously sized and fully heated garage stalls were built. Above the garage sits an impressive master suite with 9ft tray ceilings and spa-like bathroom with a beachy vibe. The entire main floor and lower levels were reconfigured, creating sizeable inviting spaces to dwell and gather. The kitchen design and layout brings the main floor to life centered on an impressive range wall framed by two counter to ceiling windows surrounded with marble backsplash. The kitchen overlooks an easy access deck located off the back of the home, just steps away from the fire pit.

We had a vision for this home that no one else could see. We boldly laid out the plan and embarked on it, executing it with immense care with our team of local experts.
